There’s really no other way to say this than to give you a fair warning: this will catchiest Star Wars spoof song you’ll hear and it’s going to get stuck in your head.

In the music video, released by Bad Lip Reading on their YouTube channel, “Yoda lectures Luke on the merits of his beloved stick.”

And really, that’s it.

The music video uses scenes from The Last Jedi when Yoda appeared as a Force Ghost to encourage Luke Skylwalker, who had set out to burn what remained of the ancient Jedi tomes he had kept at Ahch-To. We can no longer see that scene now without this tune playing in our heads.

This isn’t the first time the team at Bad Lip Reading have released a catchy Star Wars spoof song. They’ve previously done another one about Yoda’s dislike for seagulls using scenes from The Empire Strikes Back, when the Jedi Grandmaster was training Luke Skywalker.
