One of the best things about fandom is that there are no boundaries – you can even mix one fandom with another and, sometimes, the results can be quite… interesting. So, of course, someone decided to mash up the classic cat Garfield as Pokémon characters… who all probably hate Mondays.
Here are some of our favorites:
Gengar – Makes a lot of sense given Garfield’s impish behavior.Gyarados – We like how Garfield’s characteristically wide gape works as its mouth!Cubone – We’ve got mixed feelings here thinking about Odie’s decapitated head that Garfield’s kept for sentimental reasons (as in Cubone‘s origin).Slow Bro – Another weird one for us. Okay, anytime there’s a disembodied head is going to be a weird one for us. Especially if it’s biting Slow Bro Garfield’s ass.Grimer – This one works for us because it’s essentially how Garfield would look with way too many lasagnes!
