Artist Ruins Our Childhood Depicting Secret Lives Of Our Favorite Characters

In a series nobody asked for but is strangely captivating to us, artist Ed Harrington has been creating a series of fan art designed to ruin your childhood: depicting them in scenes and situations when they are not working.

Didn’t plan on discovering what’s under a Smurf‘s hat, how Edward Scissorhands cleans up in the toilet, or The Little Mermaid’s Ariel preparing to eat Nemo, from Finding Nemo?

Well, sucks to be you.

(Incidentally, Ed is also the one who illustrated the origin stories of iconic horror and villainous movie characters as IKEA instructions!)

Enjoy our favorites, and check out more here.
