These IKEA-style instructions for horror monsters and villains were created by artist Ed Harrington, which he has been doing since 2015. Speaking to Bored Panda, he thought “it would be funny” to create IKEA instructions for iconic horror and villainous characters such as Darth Vader, Freddy Krueger, the Xenomorph from Alien, and the Human Centipede (while not technically a “character,” it is certainly horrific). It’s certainly quite impressive to see how he’s distilled a character’s rich history into simplified pictures. He says his favorite one is probably the one for Freddy Krueger: “Instead of depicting his creation, I illustrated his nursery rhyme from the films.”
