DC appears to continue its claim over the small screen with its upcoming series, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
Occurring in the Arrowverse, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a rag tag bunch of heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat in the form of Vandal Savage. The trailer (re)introduces us to the characters that have previously been introduced in “Arrow” and “The Flash” including:
- Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl;
- Ray Palmer/the Atom;
- Sara Lance/White Canary;
- both halves of Firestorm, Dr. Martin Stein & Jay Jackson;
- Mick Rory/Heat Wave;
- and Leonard Snart/Captain Cold.
It also introduces us to newcomers:
- Rip Hunter; and
- Carter Hall/Hawkman.
